Wachuma Ceremony 1 Day 1 Night
It is a relaxed service where you stay overnight in the middle of nature and spend more time in our sacred retreat temple. On the day of your choice you can come and choose to lodge at the center at the following times: 7:00 am, 9:00 am and 5:00pm. And you will be back the next day after breakfast.
We recommend doing Wachuma San Pedro plus the 5 ancient techniques because you will live and experience different types of more complete ceremonies and will be attended by 3 different shamans by specialty throughout your retreat, which will help you find a change in your life and liberation of the body, mind and spirit. Please remember that 1 day before minimum you must come to the office to confirm the reservation, to give you the indications to take the volcanic water, for your respective purge, and if you do not have time another day for the purge we subject you minimum consider the schedule 8:30am. And if you want to vary the flight schedule we can even pick you up at the airport considering the published options, everything will be previous coordination.
Wachuma Ceremony 1 Day (San Pedro) and the 5 Andean Inca Techniques.
We suggest you bring a medical certificate and/or an electrocardiogram attesting proper heart functioning, it is a requirement for taking Ayahuasca. If you have experience with Ayahuasca or similar plants, the medical certificate is not necessary as long as you do not have any heart condition whatsoever or psychiatric problem that requires lifelong medication. Recommendations:
It is preferable to bring a certificate or doctor’s note that states your good health. The aim is a greater personal safety in the Ayahuasca retreat (Ayahuasca does not kill, on the contrary it helps on your integral physical, mental and spiritual healing process). Otherwise, if you still do not feel confident about your health, you can have a check up with a medical specialist in Cusco on the day of the medicinal volcanic water intake. If you have experience with Ayahuasca, your medical examination would no longer be necessary as long as you do not have any risk or heart problem, or any mental condition which needs medication for life. Ayahuasca Ceremony 1 Day and the 5 Andean Inca Techniques
Medicinal Volcanic Water: Cleansing water composed of different natural minerals that detoxifies the immune system in general. It cleanses the esophagus, stomach, intestines and makes kidneys eliminate toxic residues, which are expelled orally, urinarily and anally. You can drink the same day of your Ayahuasca ritual.
Coca-Leaf Reading: Used as an oracle, guidance, for predicting the future. The reading of coca leaves allows us to diagnose and give you a personal counseling. It is important to spot problems, to deepen the knowledge of your situation to help you with the whole healing process. It can be a powerful addition to the Ayahuasca ritual.
Cleansing of Negative Energies: We open the chakras to free the spirit, and prepare your inside and outside before the Ayahuasca ritual. We purify and cleanse the negative energies of karma, bad vibrations and spiritual sensations accumulated throughout the body.
Wachuma Ceremony: Internal and external process of self-healing and reflection, a connection guided by the forces of nature, psycho-emotional openness, reflection of consciousness. It is a retribution and connection with the Pachamama (Mother Earth).
Offering to the Pachamama (Mother Earth).– We ask improvement for the spiritual, health, love, work and family area and more. We pray for life, food, well-being and for the constant generation of creation. We thank for everything we have now, for the benefits received from the medicinal plants and from the forces of the universe.
Flowering Bath.– It helps to activate life, channels and charges us with spiritual cosmic energy, connects us with the great spirits of the universe. It attracts magical positive vibrations and energetic powers, brings us personal protection against negative energies.
Before drinking the Volcanic Water, do not eat any food for at least 4 hours prior. The Volcanic Water drinking will be done at the office from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. We recommend you to do the purge 1 or 2 days before the San Pedro ceremony; if you can’t, do it the same day of the ritual. (6-8 glasses, in a time between 1 to 2 hours).
Suggestions and/or recommendations:
- We suggest that you come to the office one day prior to the Ayahuasca ceremony, we are open from 9 am to 9 pm. The idea is to drink the volcanic water to detoxify your immune system, the main requirement before taking Ayahuasca. If you do not have time, you can drink the water the same day of the retreat at the earliest time (the cleansing takes 2 hours). Please avoid eating/drinking for at least 4 hours before the volcanic water intake.
- You can do the 7 complete ceremonies or just the Ayahuasca ceremonies plus the volcanic medicinal water and/or individually chosen Inca ritual.
The Wachuma ceremony 1 day includes the following:
You have the option to choose all the 6 ceremonies or just the Wachuma (San Pedro) ceremony and/or individually choosen Inca Techniques.
- Private transport round trip from the main office in Cusco to the CAISAE Retreats Temple, located in Huayllapampa, Sacred Valley South.
- Experienced spiritual teachers plus assistants/translators in Quechua, Spanish and English.
- Stay for 1 day (room available for 1 or 2 people) at the Retreat Temple.
- Food, special organic diet during the spiritual retreat .
- Different elements used for the offerings of payment to Mother Earth, cleansing and other ceremonies .
- Meetings, consultations (group or individual), interpretation of visions with the Shaman to share your experiences and visions .
- Instrumental relaxing spiritual Andean sounds and meditation in the Retreat Temple.
- For your personal recollection we can take photos in the different ceremonies without interruptions through the assistant (optional).
- All the ceremonies are carried out by 4 different specialized Shamans: Shipibo or Machiguenga, Boras, Qeros, Ausangate, Paucartambo and from other ethnic groups.
- Available at the time or date you choose or schedule .
- Daily retreats 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
- The maximum number per group is 5 participants in the ceremony .
Wachuma Ceremony 1 Day – Itinerary:
Full day.– You will be fasting, only drinking water, and we will pick you up at 9:00 am to go to our Retreat Temple in Huayllapampa, Sacred Valley South. We arrive and begin with the first Andean Ceremony, the Reading of Coca Leaves. We continue with the Energy Cleansing Ceremony, it is important to do the cleansing before taking the Wachuma. At 11:00 am we proceed with the Wachuma Ceremony, self exploration that makes your eyes shine with love; the Master Shaman says his prayers requesting permission from the sacred plant and from all the forces of the universe so that the ceremony is in balance with you and nature. Then we will do the Offering to Mother Earth (Pachamama); we thank it and align ourselves in complete harmony with the earth which helps to find the balance between you and nature. We conclude the ceremonies with the Flowering Bath, using different Andean wildflowers. Finally a little conversation to share your experiences, the Master Shaman can guide you to a clearer understanding of your visions and messages. We will dine and then return to Cusco City at approximately 7 pm.
The absence of the Light of Ayahuasca and the fall of the great Inca Empire.- The Wachuma ceremony is a magical plant used by the Incas. Atahualpa was born in Ecuador. Atahualpa’s ambition for the throne against his half-brother Huascar from Cusco was erroneous. The great loss of soldiers in 5 years of war and the diseases of the Old World weakened the Inca Empire, both did not consider the Spanish as a threat. Their selfishness for power blinded their eyes. The cruel massacre against the army of Huáscar annihilated all his family and ended all the lineage of his generations. Atahualpa and Huáscar, sons of Huayna Capac, were cruel, bloodthirsty and believed more in the ambition of the power of the crown. They did not believe much in the healing power of the Ayahuasca, they were not guided by the mysterious light of the spirit of Ayahuasca and the Wachuma. Their lack of wisdom led them to commit the bloodiest mistake in Inca history. They broke the code of honor and the heavenly Gods did not help them. The consequence was the end of their lineage and of the great Inca Empire. Atahualpa was captured and hanged in 1533 by Francisco Pizarro who made sure to extinguish his lineage in Ecuador just as he did with the entire Huáscar family.

II. INTERMEDIATE SERVICE. (At the Retreats Temple in the countryside, 1 hour away from Cusco city in Patapata)
Intermediate Service: All the service and ceremonies are shared, the room is spacious on the 2nd floor, with shared beds and private bathroom inside the room.
III. PRIVATE SERVICE. (At the Retreats Temple in the countryside, 1 hour away from Cusco city in Patapata)
Private Service: Only the room is private and small on the 2nd floor, with private bathroom inside the room. Ceremonies are shared.
IV. VIP SPECIAL SERVICE. (At the Retreats Temple in the countryside, 1 hour away from Cusco city in Patapata)
VIP Service: All service is private, medium size room, 1st floor, with panoramic views, private bathroom inside the room, ceremonies are private.
V. PRESIDENTIAL SERVICE, ABSOLUTELY everything is PRIVATE. Private special room and transportation.
Presidential Service: All service is private, exclusive and elegant. The circular room is 35m2 with bathroom inside the room, King Size bed and with large panoramic windows. The client can choose to have a group ceremony if he/she wishes with previous coordination.
Ayahuasca ritual Peru. The Temple of the Moon shows the Andean spirit and the spirit of the Ayahuasca. The Temple exhibits a few statues beheaded by the Spanish to eliminate the beliefs of the Incas. The Condor is the guardian of the Universe and the messenger of the gods. It purifies negative energies and teaches us absolute fidelity. The Cougar represents governance, intelligence, strength and power. It is the guardian of the territory, his paws connect the Earth with Nature. The Snake stands for the mysterious path or the infinite wisdom and is the spirit of the sacred Ayahuasca. It is the connection to the astral realm and to the Uku Pacha (spirits’ realm). The Llama is the remuneration or “payment”, its pure heart was offered to the Hanan Pacha and its blood was sacrificed to the gods. The Temple of the Moon is a sacred site where offerings and Wachuma ceremonies are done at important dates according to the astronomy.
